Everyone loves massage!
If it is not about you, probably you have never had a good massage...

Many common problems that make ones life less enjoyable can be released through massage therapy. As a professional Yoga teacher, Anton knows well everyone has stressed areas. There are a number of causes that result in constant tightening of the tissues, distortion and blockages. Months and years of such a stress not only brings into a physical pain and stiffness but also into emotional disbalance, suppressed senses etc.

Massage is one of the most effective ways to prevent and treat muscle injuries, pain and soreness. That's why we offer it to our Yoga students. While enjoying all the benefits of Hatha Yoga, massage helps us to keep our practice safe and enjoyable.

We offer the following types of massage:

Remedial (Therapeutic)
Helpful in treating specific areas of muscle tension caused by stress or injury. In this massage, when necessary and with your consent we use amethyst crystals to boost the healing effect.

Cellulite Reduction
After a few sessions your energy levels will raise together with your circulation improved and cellulite removal. Along with improved blood and lymphatic circulation, the cellulite massage helps also to eliminate the toxins from the body and the excessive water from the tissues. You will see that your skin is more soft, elastic and firm and you muscles are more toned. Your body will be shaped and the body circumference decreased.

Lymphatic Drainage
At the end of winter or after a period of stress, the body will really benefit from Lymphatic Drainage. To reduce the sluggishness brought on by too many starchy, high fat or junk food and too little exercise. Lymphatic Drainage works like changing oil in the car - renew body fluids, also supercharges the immune system and remove toxins. Recommended as a regular therapeutic measure, once a month or more often. Because it is such a gentle treatment, it is one of the most relaxing. And the relaxation is enhanced as the cleansing and rejuvenating effects relieve stress. Takes from 60 to 90 minutes.

This healing technique is based on the principle of channelling energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Shiatsu is a traditional hands-on Japanese healing therapy that is combined with stretches, joint manipulation and pressure along the body meridians and active points. It aims to relieve blockages and stimulate body flows, the result of which is a deeply relaxed state. Regular Shiatsu sessions help to prevent the build up of stress by harmonising your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
It is recommended that when receiving a shiatsu you wear loose cotton clothing as pressure is applied through your clothes.
